How it works
Daily news and bids
Every day the site checks for SCDOT's Notice to Contractors and records each call (call number, project, county, description). New lettings become data briefs automatically. SCBO solicitations, legislation and agency rule changes are tracked by the editors, and original stories are written from at least two sources.
